Discover your path toward
healing and wholeness.
Often, we know when something isn't quite right — a heaviness we carry, a restlessness that won't quite settle, thoughts that arrive uninvited — even when we can't say exactly why or how.
Depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and other challenges can leave us feeling uncertain and overwhelmed. Making sense of what we feel, and finding our way through it, isn't something we're meant to do alone.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, listen closely, and gently uncover the next step forward — together.
My approach is compassionate and conversational — blending practical tools with a deep curiosity about the different parts of you and how they've learned to cope. I can also use narrative techniques and mindfulness-based practices, offering additional ways to reframe your story and stay grounded in the present moment. This work isn't about erasing what's happened, but mending what's been frayed — gently, and at a pace that feels right for you. Whether we work together one-on-one or in a small group setting, our goal is the same: to help you understand your patterns, build skills that actually stick, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have felt off-kilter or unheard for a long time.
Working side-by-side, we can find your path toward healing and wholeness — grounded in connection, authenticity, and care.
